How to make complexion fair in Adobe Photoshop - Tutorial

Hey guys and welcome back to techytuts. I am writing a tutorial quite after a long time and this is going to be my first tutorial on photoshop.
And today we’re going to see how to fair up skin complexion in photoshop. I am using Adobe Photoshop CS2 here. I feel this is the simple yet effective trick to make one’s complexion fair in photoshop. Basically this trick works up on wheatish type complexions to make them fair.
